This work celebrates the unique composition of Marc Chagall produced in 1964 for the Paris Opera. It tells the story of the order placed with the artist by the Minister of Culture André Malraux. Then, he describes the spectacular round of images in which Marc Chagall, through the prism of the shimmering colors of his palette, pays homage to the composers of the repertoire through their operas and ballets: Mozart, Ravel, Debussy, Beethoven, Moussorsky, Wagner. ..
