General Terms and Conditions of Sale

ARTEUM SERVICES is the concessionaire of the bookshops of the Opera National de Paris (Palais Garnier and Opera Bastille), as well as its online store.

Order products

Any order placed on the site boutique.operadeparis.fr constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the user and Arteum Services, and necessarily implies the irrevocable acceptance by the user, without restriction or reservation, of the General Conditions of Sale.

In order to allow the user to know the products he wants to buy before ordering them, the boutique.operadeparis.fr website presents the characteristics of the products offered for sale.  Rates and payment terms

Thanks to its HSBC partner and the Elys Net Paiement solution, Arteum Services allows the user to pay by credit card directly online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in complete security.

The user can pay by credit card, VISA, Master Card.

 The user's account will be debited when placing the order. Payment is made exclusively in euros.

In case of exhausted or unavailable products, an exchange or a refund will be proposed by email to the user.

The refund will be made within the maximum legal period of one month directly on the account connexted to the credit card used for the payment..

2: online with a PayPal account

By choosing payment via PayPal, the user is automatically directed to his PayPal account. Payment is made exclusively in euros. Once your PayPal payment has been validated, the user completes his order on boutique.operadeparis.fr. In case of exhausted or unavailable products, an exchange or a refund will be proposed by email to the user: the refund will be made within a maximum of one week via the user's PayPal account.

 The delivery

Products acquired by the user will be delivered within a maximum of thirty days from the day of the order to the address indicated by the user when ordering on the site boutique.operadeparis.fr. In case of exceeding this deadline, not justified by force majeure, the user may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided for in Article L. L216-2 of the Consumer Code and obtain reimbursement of paid on the occasion of the sale.

Orders are shipped within 72 hours (subject to availability) by the carrier is DHL. The package will be given to the user against signature.

The non-conforming product will be automatically refunded if it was not available, within 30 days of the payment of the sums paid by the user. Shipping and return costs of the non-compliant product will be borne by Arteum Services.

Right of withdrawal / Return / Exchange

All products may be exchanged except those marked to the contrary. The product to be taken back must be intact, complete, packed and, if necessary, disconnected. In the case of an exchange, the recovery is done at the same time as the delivery of the new order.

The request for exchange by the user must take place within 15 days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the package. Effects of the retraction

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the user may obtain the refund of the product (s) returned (s) and the corresponding standard delivery charges (least expensive delivery costs offered on the Site).

Reimbursement is made by bank transfer and occurs upon receipt of the product (s) subject (s) of the withdrawal or proof of shipment of the said product (s) that the User will have communicated by email or mail to the coordinates specified above.
